Processing Steps
Submit documents to the Ethiopian Embassy. Embassy reviews and forwards to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Hoodlum Ethiopia collects application and begins permit process. Ethiopian Media Authority forwards documents to the Immigration Office. Immigration Office issues visa and customs clearance letter. Crew member obtains shooting permit with a portrait photo.
